Top Gear was awesome. Epic, even. I was SO excited too and thought maybe I was building myself up a bit - BUT I wasn't dissapointed. It was simply amazing, much more than I expected it to be. Clarkson and Hammond are far funnier live - they literally smothered someone in the audience who vaguely resembled Jesus. Pure gold. I actually had someone look at me a bit sideways when I said I was going to the show on Valentine's Day - my reply surprised even me: "Bugger Valentine's Day - I'm going to Top Gear!"
So, it's gone again then. The valentine's day, that is. Somehow I always managed to split up with whoever I'm with before Christmases, Birthdays and Valentine's Day. Talk about crappy timing. No matter though, I'm a trooper!
Slightly bigger news than that though...I'm moving away to Australia. All the way over the Tasman Sea to Sydney. Leaving in August hopefully - after I finish my Degree. For some reason I have chosen to endure a bitter mid-year winter in New Zealand as a trade for a warmer spring. Again the lack of well-thought out timing! It should work out alright though, I hope. I don't need a visa to work there, which is super. I'm also staying with family, which is even better. BUT the worst thing - I can't take the camera with me!!!

I've always wanted to be able to draw anime-style characters, but fail miserably!

And, yes, I like Amy Brown. My brother actualyl got me car seat coves and a steering wheel cover w/ 2 of her drawings on them. it was pretty sweet.

Anything that makes you happy is worth the fight; just as long as you're smart enough to know when something sweet has turned sour.
I'm pretty sick of biting into rotten fruit.
